Returns: How Returns or Exchanges Work:
You have the option to return or exchange a product within 14 days of receiving your order without providing any reasons. The right to return applies if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at info@curatedthestudio.com. We will provide you with detailed instructions for shipping your package. Contact must be made within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order. All products to be returned must be sent to the following address: Curated The Studio, Anton-Köck-Strasse 32b, 82049 Pullach. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the product.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us promptly if a product is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item has been delivered.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received your returned product. Upon approval of the return, we will process the refund as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the product. Note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to credit your account.
Prevention of Fraudulent Activities:
In the interest of preventing or investigating fraudulent activities, we reserve the right to contact you regarding suspicious return activities. We also reserve the right to deactivate any account involved in suspicious activities.
